have any test designs? Yes, you can click here to visit our design gallery. Please send us an email to request downloadable test designs. These files are in Tajima dst format & can be run on your own machine to check the quality. |

| Q.4: What is your turn-around time? We normally deliver within 48 hours. However, we do deliver within 24 hours for rush orders at no extra charge. You will have to specify that the order is a rush order in the Order Form for timely delivery. |

| Q.6: Do you except vector format
artwork? Yes, we accept vector format artwork such as .cdr, .ai, .eps, .wmf, ect. If you send us in CorelDraw (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai), please be sure to convert the artwork from text to curves first. Otherwise we may not be able to read the same font that you have sent. |

Q.7: Do I
need to submit professional artwork? As with every part of the digitizing process, the better the artwork, the better the final product. You may send art as vector (EPS & CDR) or bitmap (jpg, gif, bmp). For bitmap images, 200 to 300 dpi resolution should be enough to achieve good result. For vector artwork, be sure to convert the fonts to curves or lines. If the fonts are not converted, we may see a different font and digitize the file incorrectly. We also request that your comments be specific, all we really need is a relatively clear image with the color separations. |

can I send an art image or design? That's easy; you can attach file in order form or you can email to us, or upload in your ftp account and send us email with your order details. |

| Q.11: How do you ensure quality? Our digitized files are designed by professional designers and are made to meet your exact requirements. We sew and inspect each digitized design to ensure the design is sharp and clean. Sewed sample image can be provided FREE of charge. |

digitizing? We charge USD 5.00 per 1,000 stitches with no minimum charges. We give volume discounts. We do not charge for edits. We do not have a 24-hour rush fee. |

file? We accept payment by MasterCard or Visa card on our website. We also accept payment through wire transfer. |
